The Club Development Annual Health Check aims to highlight what will make the most impact for the benefit of your Club over the coming year in a way that contributes to the sustainability & longevity of your Club. Administered centrally by ECB for 2016 the Health Check should be submitted via this survey. All information in the Health Check will also be shared with your County Cricket Boards (CCBs) to assist them in developing their Club support services. As previously all Clubs should be willing and able to provide evidence that you are meeting and actively applying the Clubmark standards at any point during the year. This could be requested by ECB, CCBs and/or Independent Verifiers on behalf of Sport England. CCBs may still request you submit specific bits of evidence such as your 'Club Development Plan' or completed 'Vetting Checks Tracking Table' etc. and whilst not part of an official assessment process in 2016 may choose to carry out a site visit to establish how you are applying and maintaining the standards. To assist in the development of the new system ECB require all Clubmark Clubs to submit a copy of your Club Development Plan and where available your most up-to-date Action plan alongside your Health Check. The survey need not take long to complete in itself, you can save the health check and return to it over a period of time if that makes it easier for you as a Club. It is up to you as to when you submit the Health Check to ECB within the submission window which closes at 12 midnight on 20th September 2016. Resources to assist you in the development of your Club are available via ECB Club Support or via your CCB. If you wish to keep up-to-date please sign up to the monthly ECB Club Support Newsletter.
